How much does it cost to file an LLC annual report?
One all-inclusive price per state that already includes the state fee. For example, Wyoming is $141, Delaware $479, Texas $79 and Florida $217.75. Pick your state above to see your exact total.
Is the state fee included in the price?
Yes. The price you see is the total you pay. The state filing fee and my service are both included, with nothing extra at checkout.
What happens if I miss my annual report?
Most states charge late fees and can eventually dissolve or revoke your LLC, which can freeze bank accounts and marketplace payouts. I track your due date and file on time.
Does this include my IRS tax return?
No. This covers your state annual report or franchise filing. IRS filings for foreign-owned LLCs are covered on the Federal Tax Filing service.
Some states file every two years. How does that work?
Alaska, DC, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Nebraska and New York use biennial reports. The price shown is per filing, charged when the report is due.
