How much does trademark registration cost?
My service fee in the USA is $499 for 1 class, $649 for 2 classes or $899 for 3 classes. In the UK it is £399, £598 or £897. Official government filing fees are extra: $350 per class at the USPTO, or £205 plus £60 per extra class at the UKIPO.
Are government filing fees included?
They are not part of my service fee, but you can choose to add them at checkout so everything is paid in one go, and I pay them on your behalf when I file. Otherwise you pay them separately before filing. The USPTO charges $350 per class. The UKIPO charges £205 for the first class and £60 for each extra class.
Can I join Brand Registry before registration?
Yes, Amazon accepts pending applications in many marketplaces, so you can start early.
Which countries do you cover?
Mainly the USA and UK, with fixed prices for both. I can also file in other countries, such as the EU, Canada and Australia, with pricing quoted based on your needs. Request a quote.
How many classes do I need?
Each class covers a group of goods or services. Most Amazon sellers need one class for their main product. I will recommend the right classes during the clearance search.
